The influence law and action mechanism of atmospheric aerosol to the corrosion of the carbon steel in the offshore high temperature and high humidity environment are going to be researched by means of Lab and field tests, the techniques of electrochemical measure and surface analysis. The influence on the factors included temperature and relative humidity and moist time and critical relative humidity and critical chloride concentration to corrosion of the tested metal is going to be illustrated. The synergy influence law both critical relative humidity and critical chloride concentration to corrosion of the tested metal can be clarified, and action mechanism of salt aerosol particles to form and development of rust on the tested metal can be explained. Accumulating corrosion data and researching achievements can provide the basis in tested regions for building up the model of service life prediction of carbon steel and for preventing corrosion of carbon steel in production, storage, transportation and service process and for developing new materials.
采用实验室试验与现场试验相结合、电化学测量技术与微观表面分析技术相结合的方法,系统研究高温高湿海岸大气环境中气溶胶对碳钢腐蚀影响规律与作用机理,阐明温度、相对湿度、润湿时间、大气腐蚀临界相对湿度与临界氯离子浓度等因素对碳钢的腐蚀影响,搞清一定温度下临界相对湿度与临界氯离子浓度协同影响规律,揭示侵蚀性气溶胶粒子对碳钢锈层最初形成以及后续演化的作用机理。为高湿热高氯离子气溶胶环境下构建碳钢的寿命预测模型和延缓碳钢在生产、储运、服役过程中的锈蚀以及开发新型耐蚀材料提供科学依据。
