Rosin is one of the natural renewable resources. To improve the separation property of the rosin-based separation materials, this project will investigate the synthesis of rosin-based molecularly imprinted polymers using dencichine as the template molecule, acrylic acid as the functional monomer, and ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate as the cross-linker. The modern analytical methods and computational chemistry methods will be combined to explore the recognition mechanism of rosin-based molecularly imprinted polymers. Study on the structure control of rosin-based molecularly imprinted polymers to design and prepare the molecularly imprinted polymers with high selectivity and good stability. The rosin-based molecularly imprinted membranes of dencichine will be prepared by electrostatic spinning technology, and the film-forming conditions will be optimized. This project will also investigate the directional separation ability of dencichine from crude extracts of Panax notoginseng. The results of this project will provide new ideas and methods for the synthesis of rosin-based molecularly imprinted membranes with high mechanical strength, high throughput (flux) and green safety, but also provide theoretical and experimental basis for the application in directional separation of active components from natural products.
松香是一种天然可再生资源。为提升现有松香基分离材料的分离性能,本项目以三七特征活性成分三七素为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,结合现代分析测试方法和计算化学方法,研究松香基分子印迹聚合物的识别机理,并对松香基分子印迹聚合物进行结构调控,设计并制备出具有高选择性、稳定性好的松香基三七素印迹聚合物。通过静电纺丝技术制备松香基三七素分子印迹膜,优化成膜条件。以三七粗提物为研究对象,研究分子印迹膜对粗提物中三七素的定向分离能力。本项目成果将为合成机械强度高、膜通量高、绿色安全的松香基分子印迹膜提供新的思路和方法,也为定向分离天然产物活性成分的应用提供理论依据和实验基础。
本项目以4-乙基吡啶为功能单体,马来松香乙二醇丙烯酸酯(EGMRA)为交联剂合成了松香基三七素分子印迹聚合物,研究其合成条件,并对其进行表征及吸附性能测定。结果表明,聚合物的初始分解温度为360℃,具有良好的热稳定性;在25℃,三七素溶液的浓度为0.08 mg/mL时,聚合物对三七素的吸附量为12.49mg/g,说明其有良好的吸附效果;同时实验表明其对三七素有良好的特异性吸附性能。.接着,以聚合物通过静电纺丝技术制备了松香基三七素分子印迹复合膜,对其理化性质和化学结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,该复合膜的初始分解温度为297℃,具有良好的热稳定性;复合膜的抗拉强度为2.15 MPa,断裂伸长率为215.1%,具有良好的力学性能。同样,复合膜的对三七素有良好的吸附效果和特异性吸附性能。.最后,采用三七粗提液吸附前后细胞活性测试来研究分子印迹复合膜对粗提物中三七素定向分离能力进行评价。结果表明,松香基三七素分子印迹复合膜吸附完三七素后的溶液对肝癌细胞HuH7的存活率增高,说明其对三七素具有一定的定向分离能力。
