Recently, how to attacking cruise missile, guided bomb and unmanned aerial vehicle is a prominent and difficult problem in low altitude defense. Due to small volume, these targets are difficult to be detected compared with conventional threat. Meanwhile fire-control detection system is also seriously disturbed by complex battlefield environment. Therefore detection probability of fire-control detection system is always less than one during practical detection processes. How to effectively detect and track these small targets with distributed fire-control network with intermittent observations is the problem researched by the project. Firstly, a new model of fire-control detection system is established with intermittent observation aiming at cruise missile, guided bomb and unmanned aerial vehicle. Secondly, considering that a fire-control detection system cannot establish target track, or the established target track is easy to divergent with intermittent observations, distributed plot fusion algorithm is proposed in multi fire-control detection system. Lastly, an evaluation criterion of distributed fire-control detection network with intermittent observations is given, and performance of distribute contact fusion algorithm is evaluated. The research results can provide theoretical basis for engineering development of new distributed fire-control detection network and upgrading of existing distributed fire-control detection network.
目前,如何抗击巡航导弹、制导炸弹以及无人机等小目标的攻击已成为低空防御领域面临的一个突出难题。与常规空中威胁相比,这些目标体积小、反射面积也小,不易被探测和跟踪,同时复杂的战场环境也会对火控探测系统的探测情况产生严重干扰。因此火控探测系统在实际探测过程中,存在不完全量测现象。在不完全量测下,如何利用分布式的火控探测网络实现对这些小目标的有效探测与精确跟踪是本项目研究的问题。首先,针对这些小目标,在不完全量测下建立火控探测系统的探测模型;其次,针对单个火控探测系统在不完全量测下无法建立目标航迹,或是建立的目标航迹容易发散的问题,提出利用多个火控探测系统的目标点迹进行融合的分布式点迹融合算法;最后,给出不完全量测下分布式火控组网系统的性能评估准则,并对分布式点迹融合算法的性能进行评估。以期为抗击巡航导弹、制导炸弹和无人机等小目标的分布式火控组网的研制与升级改造提供理论依据。
