As for the research demand of simultaneous removal of Hg0 and SOx from coal fired flue gas, it is proposed the new method of simultaneous removal and recovery of Hg0 and SOx by a graphene-like MoS2 based catalyst in this project. The main contents of this research include: 1, to control the partition design and controllable synthesis of novel catalyst by governing the active sites to enhance the functions of Hg0 adsorption and SOx reduction, and adjusting the microstructure of carrier to enhance the functions of SOx adsorption and Hg0 desorption. 2, to reveal the complex structure-activity relationships between simultaneous Hg0 and SOx adsorption at low temperatures, and SOx reduction-Hg0 desorption at higher temperatures. 3, to elucidate the characteristics and methods of S implantation into MoS2 active centre during the process of SOx selective reduction to S and the defects formation in MoS2 active centre during the process of Hg0 desorption, and to further reveal the recyclable mechanism of “adsorption transfer, redction-desorption, and enhanced adsorption”. The successful delivery of this project would realize the enhanced simultaneous process of Hg0 and SOx removal and Hg0 and S recover, and then provide a novel method of simultaneous removal and recovery of Hg0 and SOx for pollutions control of coal-fired flue gas.
针对燃煤烟气Hg0和SOx协同控制的研究需求,本项目提出了利用类石墨烯MoS2基汞硫转移催化剂协同脱除Hg0和SOx及资源化的新思路。该研究内容包括以下三个方面:1、拟通过MoS2基活性中心(使其具有Hg0吸附和SOx催化还原功能)和载体微观结构(使其具有SOx吸附和抑制Hg0吸附功能)的分区设计,和对活性中心价态、掺杂、层数、覆盖度的可控合成等手段,设计并合成新型MoS2基汞硫转移催化剂;2、揭示低温Hg0和SOx协同吸附,然后升温SOx催化还原-Hg0脱附解吸的复合构效关系;3、揭示SOx催化还原过程中,S植入MoS2基活性中心的调控规律,揭示Hg0脱附过程中,制造MoS2基表面缺陷活性中心的调控规律,进而阐明汞硫“吸附转移-催化解吸-强化吸附”的循环机制。本项目拟通过上述研究,实现低温Hg0和SOx的高效协同吸附和升温脱附Hg0和S的资源化,形成燃煤烟气汞硫协同脱除及资源化的新方法。
针对燃煤烟气Hg0控制的研究需求,本项目提出了利用类石墨烯MoS2基催化剂脱除Hg0的新思路。该研究内容包括以下三个方面:1、拟通过MoS2基活性中心和载体微观结构的分区设计,和对活性中心缺陷、掺杂的可控合成等手段,对MoS2基材料进行了动态和稳态筛选,设计并合成新型MoS2基汞硫转移催化剂;2、研究Mn掺杂和Ce掺杂MoO3催化剂,揭示低温Hg0吸附和催化的复合构效关系;3、揭示Hg0脱附过程中,制造MoS2基表面缺陷活性中心的调控规律,进而阐明汞吸附催化机制。4、对SO3的吸附捕获及其其他污染物协同超低排放做了系统研究。本项目拟通过上述研究,形成燃煤烟气汞脱除的新方法。
