海南经济空间分异格局与机制研究

The establishment of a scientific spatial development order is an important contents in the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island.Exploring the patterns and mechanisms of economic spatial differentiation in Hainan can provide the necessary scientific basis for it.However, the academia has not yet paid sufficient attention to this aspect.This project will study the process and characteristics of evolution of economic spatial differentiation patterns in Hainan since the reform and opening-up policy from the aspects of the evolution of the spatial differentiation pattern of economic growth,spatial systems of traffic organization，industrial spatial concentration and dispersion pattern,and economic spatial organization systems.Based on application of the theories related with the impact factors of economic growth,this project will construct a theoretical analytical model which integrates multiple perspectives to explain the mechanisms of regional economic spatial differentiation. Guided by this model, combining literature research and quantitative analysis, this project will filter the impact factors of economic spatial differentiation in Hainan,and formulate the assumptions on the mechanisms of economic spatial differentiation by analyzing the impact of each factors on economic spatial differentiation in Hainan, and then test these assumptions to explain the mechanisms of economic spatial differentiation in Hainan. Furthermore, this project will discuss the countermeasures of regulating economic spatial differentiation in Hainan.This research on the one hand can provide a scientific basis for Hainan to optimize the space development program of international tourism island，on the other hand it can provide a support for improving the theory and establishing the comprehensive analysis methods on regional economic spatial differentiation.

建立科学的空间开发秩序，是建设海南国际旅游岛的一项重要内容。探讨海南经济空间分异格局与机制可为其提供必要的科学依据。然而，学术界对此尚未给予应有的重视。本项目拟从经济增长空间分异格局、交通组织空间系统、产业空间集聚与扩散格局，以及经济空间组织系统的演变方面，探明海南建省以来经济空间分异格局演变的过程与特征。运用经济增长影响因子相关理论，构建一个融合多个视角、阐释区域经济空间分异机制的理论分析模型。以此模型为指导，结合文献研究和定量分析，筛选海南经济空间分异影响因子；分析各因子对海南经济空间分异的单独影响和综合作用，提出海南经济空间分异机制假设；通过假设检验，揭示海南经济空间分异机制。在此基础上，探讨海南经济空间分异调控对策。本项目的研究一方面可为海南优化国际旅游岛空间开发方案提供科学依据，另一方面可为丰富区域经济空间分异理论，建立区域经济空间分异的综合分析方法等提供支持。

建立科学的经济空间开发秩序，推进区域经济协调发展，是海南省落实“全面深化改革开放试验区、国家生态文明试验区、国际旅游消费中心、国家重大战略服务保障区”“三区一中心”战略定位，建设自由贸易试验区和中国特色自由贸易港的一项重要内容。探讨海南省经济空间分异格局和机制可为其提供必要的科学依据。本项目从经济增长、交通组织空间系统、城镇体系、产业系统（产业整体、三次产业和字母行业）、经济空间组织系统五个维度分析了海南省经济空间分异格局，从经济增长空间分异、交通可达性空间分异、产业空间分异多个方面分析了海南省经济空间分异的影响因素，从经济空间整体（产业整体）、三次产业和字母行业3个层面，着眼于多因素综合分析视角，揭示了海南省经济空间分异的驱动机制，继而从“科学划分经济区和分经济区差异化高质量发展”与“促进旅游业特别是滨海旅游业与生态旅游业发展”等方面，探讨了海南省调控经济空间分异和推进区域经济协调发展的策略。本项目的研究不仅为海南省优化经济空间开发方案提供了科学依据，也为丰富相关理论研究提供了有力的支持，为其他区域的相关研究提供了可资借鉴的方法，具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
