制造企业供应链碳减排合作模型与协调机制研究

How manufacturing enterprises cooperate on carbon emissions reduction with other firms among the supply chain is a key issue of low carbon supply chain management. From the perspective of supply chain, this proposed project aims to study the effect factors, ways and coordination mechanisms of carbon emission reduction cooperation (CERC) among the supply chain by utilizing the methods of case study, statistical analysis, game theory and contract theory. Starting from the existing literature researches and investigations, this project will identify and analyze the effect factors of CERC among the supply chain. It will develop the cooperation and optimization models of CERC among the supply chain based on considering characteristics of different industries and effect factors. It will develop both short and long term coordination mechanisms of CERC among the supply chain in order to achieve economic and environment goals for manufacturing enterprises. It is expected to provide decision support for manufacturing enterprises to make the effective strategies of CERC among the supply chain, which can benefit Chinese manufacturing industries to solve increasingly serious carbon emission pollution problem.

制造企业如何开展供应链的碳减排合作是低碳供应链管理领域研究的一个关键问题。课题从供应链的视角，综合运用案例研究、统计分析、博弈论和契约理论等方法，研究制造企业碳减排合作的影响因素、合作方式和协调机制。在现有文献研究和实地调研的基础上，识别和剖析供应链碳减排合作的影响因素，构建制造企业供应链碳减排合作的系统框架；考虑不同行业的特点以及相关影响因素的作用，建立制造企业供应链碳减排的合作及优化模型；构建制造企业供应链碳减排合作的短期及长期契约协调机制，实现企业经济和环境目标的双赢。研究结果预期为制造企业制定有效的供应链碳减排合作策略提供决策支持，有利于解决我国制造行业日益严重的碳排放问题。
