Ipomoea cairica L. was a kind of plant from the Convolvulaceae Ipomoea," Chinese Materia Medica" recorded with sweet, cold, with Qingrejiedu, diuresis effect. Clinical practice showed that the treatment of soft tissue injury, pain and other symptoms..The task group had completed a preliminary study on chemical composition and pharmacological activity of I. cairica. We had found plurality of flavonoids and resin glycoside chemical composition, and the extracted had anti-inflammatory, analgesic effection..The project will adopt a pharmacodynamic model tracking mode, combining the neural network data analysis, in order to determine the Ipomoea promoting fracture healing ingredients. Based on osteoblast proliferation, indifferentiation and mineralization, at the cellular level interpretation of Ipomoea cairica in promoting bone formation process. The current of I. cairica treatment mechanism and effective components is unknown, and its rich resources and use less. The aim of this project is the use of I. cairica to development a medcine in promoting fracture healing, and get the cheap plant resources, so it is not only effective prevention and control of the ecological impact, and can solve the problem of the medical profession fracture disease. I. cairica medicinal value of development, not only can produce good economic benefit, but also produce ecological benefit.
五爪金龙(Ipomoea cairica L.),为旋花科番薯属植物,《中华本草》记载具有味甘,性寒,具有清热解毒,利水通淋作用。临床实践表明具有治疗软组织,损伤性腰痛等病症。.本课题组已对五爪金龙化学成分和药理活性进行了初步研究,分离鉴定多个黄酮类和树脂糖苷类化学成分,并对五爪金龙的提取物进行了抗炎、镇痛实验研究。.本项目拟采用药效学模型跟踪方式,结合神经网络数据分析,以最终确定五爪金龙的促进骨折愈合的有效成分;根据对成骨细胞增殖、分化和矿化的作用,在细胞水平上解释五爪金龙促进骨形成过程。目前对五爪金龙治病机理及有效成分不明,并且对其丰富资源利用较少。本课题的研究目的是利用五爪金龙开发促骨折愈合药物,并得到廉价植物资源,这样不但有效防控其对生态的影响,而且可以解决医学界骨折疾病的难题。五爪金龙药用价值的开发,不仅能能产生良好的经济效益,还能产生一定的生态效益。
五爪金龙Ipomoea cairica是旋花科(Convolvulaceae)植物,临床用来治疗跌打损伤等症状,本课题进行了其促骨折愈合的主要成分和机理研究。采用溶剂法和各种色谱技术(包括硅胶柱层析方法、大孔树脂、MCI、凝胶、反相柱层析和制备型高效液相制备等方法)对五爪金龙有效部位进行了研究,共分离鉴定了25个化合物,其中树脂糖类化合物19个(化合物1-17为新化合物),其中2个黄酮类成分(槲皮素,甲基槲皮素),2个木质素类成分(牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元),2个甾醇类化合物(β-谷甾醇以和β-胡萝卜苷)。综合运用了现代的波谱方法等方法1H NMR, 13C NMR,TOCSY、1H -1H COSY, HSQC,HMBC,IR,UV,MS, GC-MS)鉴定了化合物的平面结构,相对构型和绝对构型。并对分离得到的树脂糖苷类化学成分进行了成骨细胞活性筛选和a-糖苷酶抑制活性的测试。五爪金龙为外来入侵五种,对生态具有一定的危害;通过研究其化学成分及药理活性,不仅可以“变废为宝”,还有潜在的药用价值可服务大众健康。
