Rocks in Chicheng region, northern part of North China represents deepen crust’s thermal movement and the according retrace model since it has experienced multiple phase high grade metamorphism. This has a significant constrain to the study of North China Craton’s tectonic evolution model. Based on the detailed research on metamorphic reaction structure and mineral chemical component of Chicheng metamorphic rocks, this application will plan to identify the relationship in different geological bodies, especially the evolution between metamorphic basite and its adjacent rocks. Also this application will illustrate the deployment of the regional metamorphic belts, the component change in major metamorphic minerals and the relative associate assemblies. The study of petrography, metamorphic phase balance, geo-mechanics, isotope chronology, zircon Hf isotope, trace elements and the block Nd-Sr isotope tracing method are main methodologies to discuss the forming mechanism, up-lifting process of Chicheng high grade metamorphic rocks and the closure time/place of ancient Asian ocean. Further, this discussion will provide petrological evidence to the research of Northern China Craton’s tectonic property and its relation with Central Asian Orogenic Belt (CAOB).
华北北缘赤城地区的地质体经历了多期次高级变质作用,其所代表的深部地壳热运动及相应的折返机制对华北克拉通构造演化模式的研究有着重要的制约作用。本申请拟在全面详细研究赤城地区变质地质体的变质反应结构和矿物化学成分基础上,确定各地质体之间的关系,尤其是变质基性岩及其围岩的变质演化关系,阐明区域变质带的分布、主要变质矿物的成分变化及其共生组合。通过岩相学、变质相平衡研究、地球化学、同位素年代学及锆石Hf 同位素、微量元素及岩石Nd-Sr 同位素示踪手段,探讨赤城高级变质岩区的形成机制、抬升过程,探讨古亚洲洋最终闭合的时间和位置,为研究华北克拉通北缘构造属性及其与中亚造山带之间的关系提供岩石学依据。
