The fruit of Alpinia oxyphylla Mique is one of the homology of medicine and food, but recent years, with the increasing of the need, the contradiction of supply and demand becames more serious. Under our investigation, large-area wild A.oxyphylla had been destroyed, and the cultivars has appear genetical characterization decline, and hence, it is urgent to cultivate new species and protect our wild A.oxyphylla germplasm resources. Meanwhile, it was found a large variation in the content of compounds from A.oxyphylla fruits among this herb of different regions. But it has no systematic analysis on this variation, and its molecular mechanism is not yet clear, therefore, this work is plan to explore the molecular mechanism of this herb’s quality variation. The transcriptomic and metabolomic techniques were used to reveal the correlation between metobolics and genes, it would be helpful for A.oxyphylla directive breeding, biosynthesis and so on.
随着益智药用和食用量的逐年增加,其供需矛盾越来越严重。经近年来的种质资源调查发现,人们对市场利益的追逐,导致大面积益智野生资源受到了严重破坏,栽培种的种质严重退化,极大影响了益智药材的品质,因此亟待于对其进行种质资源保护和优良品种选育。总结以往的益智的化学成分研究发现,不同地域的益智果实药效成分和含量差异较大,但尚未有系统的品质差异分析,其分子机制研究也是一片空白。本研究计划通过益智果转录组和代谢组整合分析方法,构建益智品质差异相关的基因到代谢物的网络,分析其药效成分差异的分子调控机制,可用于益智种质资源的准确评价、定向育种和质量分析,并为其药效成分候选基因的筛选提供理论基础。前期工作证明:野生益智群体遗传变异丰富,具有显著的地域性。
