宫颈癌是发病率仅次于乳腺癌的威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤。相比于其他妇科恶性肿瘤,宫颈癌患者相对年轻,而且70%以上患者经规范治疗可长期无瘤生存。放疗是宫颈癌的重要治疗方法。盆腔放疗,尤其是腔内放疗,会造成盆底组织不可逆性损伤。导致阴道干涩、挛缩,以致性交困难,严重影响生活质量。目前针对改善放疗后损伤的研究极为缺乏,缺乏有效的治疗方法。本研究拟将I型胶原蛋白与人脂肪间充质干细胞结合,将复合物植入受损部位,利用胶原蛋白的理化性质,提高干细胞在体内存活时间,增大干细胞与受损部位接触面积,以期治疗效果达到最佳。治疗后拟从阴道组织形态,特异性蛋白的表达等方面观察治疗效果,并探讨其治疗机制。此次研究为放疗后组织损伤的治疗提供新的试验依据和研究方向。为宫颈癌放疗后患者生存质量的改善提供研究基础,具有良好的临床应用前景。
