It was found that McAb HIM70 has down-regulation effect on NADPH oxidases, which were the "heart" of production of ROS in Np. The results shown that the expressiones of P47 phox, P67 phox and Rac2 and the activation of NADPH oxidase could be down-regulatated by this McAb. We have demonstrated that this effection of McAb HIM70 on NADPH oxidase may have relation with activities of PKC, PTK and PI3K pathways reduced by McAb HIM70. And the results futher support that CD15, the differentiation antigen of HIM70 could regulate the activation of NADPH oxidase. All of these results provide academic foundation and practical tool for the prevention and cure of most inflammation aroused by ROS and ischemia reperfusion damage.
