利用基因工程技术制备包含人CATALASE-3和CNTF基因的复制缺陷型病毒载体，经眼内注入玻璃体腔，促进视神经炎症的减轻以及视网膜神经节细胞的再生修复及其功能的改善，本研究将有助于解决视视神经炎复发及视力预后不良这一医学难题，具有较好的临床前景与应用价值。
