结项摘要

The super precision forming of reflector panels is a key technology for developing the large compact antenna test range(CATR) and millimeter-wave antenna. This project provides theoretical foundation and applicable technology for developing high performance micro-wave communication and radar technics, building large CATR, making high precision antenna reflector in our country. Based on the principle of nails die,vacuum as well as honeycomb sandwich, it has been successfully achieved for super precision forming of sandwich panels with continuous surface by grooving technology. They have been proposed for optimization method of grooving, the criterion of grooving and composite panel structure of groove-slit-rib. At same time, the forming technology parameters were obtained. The precision of reflector panel achieves 25μm(RMS), just the same precision as the products of abroad. It provides a solution for building high performance CATR and millimeter-wave antenna.
