As the merging result of Internet of things (IOT) and Advanced Manufacturing Technology(AMT), Internet of manufacturing things (IOMT) provides significant technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Although the key technology of IOMT-Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been gradually applied in manufacturing enterprises in china, the application efficiency is not remarkable. Due to the enterprises' RFID application efficiency primarily depends on its scientific and reasonable adoption, but also the RFID adoption behavior has following typical characteristics: complexity, multiplicity and dynamic, which need a set of systematic theories, models and methods to support enterprises' RFID adoption decisions. Therefore, according to the three characteristics of RFID adoption behavior, the research take adoption behavior modeling as mainline, scientific and reasonable adoption decisions as research target, adoption maturity as breakthrough point, the integrative adoption behavior model oriented to multi-behavioral characteristics of RFID adoption behavior was established, the key influencing factors and their static mechanism were recognized and studied, the dynamic mechanism of key influencing factors oriented to the dynamic growing process of RFID adoption maturity were explored. Lastly, the research results were applied in two manufacturing enterprises. The research will contribute to developing and perfecting IT adoption behavior theories, supporting enterprises' RFID adoption decisions and improving RFID application efficiency.
作为物联网技术与先进制造技术相融合的产物,制造物联为制造业转型升级提供了重要的技术支撑。目前,制造物联的关键技术-RFID技术已在我国制造业进行了逐步应用,但还存在应用成效不突出等问题。由于RFID应用成效首先取决于企业对该技术科学而合理的采纳,而RFID采纳行为又具有复杂性、多重性、动态性等典型特征,这就需要一套系统的理论、模型和方法去支持企业的RFID采纳决策。为此,本项目针对RFID采纳行为的三个特性,以采纳行为建模为主线,以促进RFID采纳决策科学化、合理化为目标,以RFID采纳水平研究为切入点,构建面向多行为特性的一体化采纳行为模型,识别出关键影响因素,研究关键影响因素的静态作用机理,并进一步研究"采纳水平动态成长下"关键影响因素的动态作用机理,最后将研究成果应用于两家制造企业。本项目对补充和发展信息技术采纳行为理论,指导企业RFID采纳决策,保障RFID应用成效具有重要的意义。
作为物联网技术与先进制造技术相融合的产物,制造物联为制造业转型升级提供了重要的技术支撑。尽管制造物联的关键技术-RFID技术已在我国制造业进行了逐步应用,但其应用成效并不突出,而RFID应用成效首先取决于企业对该技术科学而合理的采纳。本项目主要研究了企业RFID技术采纳水平,构建了面向多行为特性的一体化采纳行为模型,识别出了关键影响因素,研究了关键影响因素的静态作用机理,并进一步研究了"采纳水平动态成长下"关键影响因素的动态作用机理;还拓展研究了技术创新采纳扩散相关研究,重点研究了闭环供应链企业RFID采纳决策及生产计划制定问题,科技服务业、公共文化产业的创新发展问题等。基于上述研究,发表了14篇学术论文,出版1部专著,获科研奖励5项,培养硕士毕业生4名。以上研究丰富和发展了行为科学理论、信息技术采纳理论与方法,特别是拓展了技术创新扩散研究的理论和方法体系。
