The leuco dyes are widely used as environmental materials. Thiophene oxazine dyes is one of the most important class of biodegradable environmental leuco dye. It is the distinguishing feature of sensitive, stability and complete chromatography, thus it has become the mainstream compounds of leuco dyes. On the other way, phthalocyanine and its derivatives are another important dye materials with high heat and light stability. The synthesis and properties of leuco phthalocyanine materials were studied in this project. 7,7 - dimethyl amino - 3 - hydroxy phenolthiazinepaes and 4 - nitronitrile as the starting substrates were used to synthesize 2,7,12,17-tetra[3 - oxy-(7, 7-dimethyl phenol thiazine) ] phthalocyanines (soluble leuco Pcs). The leuco Pcs were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR, UV-Vis and Mass spectrometries. The results are agreement with the proposed structures. The chromogenic reaction of leuco dyes were carefully investigated by UV-vis and fluorescence spectrometries. The structures of leuco dyes in chromogenic reaction were characterized and determined by using infrared, 1HNMR and melting point instrument. The leuco dyes will be studied in writing and printing applications. The Leuco dyes were employed to prepare the decolourable teaching whiteboard inks. And the leuco dyes were used as the coloring agents to prepare biodegradable green environmental water-based ink of leuco Pcs. Printing effect and fade performance of ink will be tested.The work will exploit the application of leuco dyes in other fields.
隐色染料是一类广泛使用的环保材料。噻吩嗪是最重要的一类可降解的环保隐色材料, 它的特点是发色灵敏、稳定性好、色调齐全,是隐色染料的主流品种。酞菁是重要的染料材料,具有对光和热很好稳定性。所以该项目以7,7-二甲氨基-3-羟基噻酚嗪和4-硝基邻苯二腈为起始原料合成2,7,12,17-四[3-氧代-(7,7-二甲氨基噻吩嗪)]酞菁(可溶性隐色酞菁材料),并研究其性质。经过元素分析、红外、氢核磁、紫外-可见和质谱的表征,证明其结构,采用紫外-可见和荧光研究隐色酞菁染料的显色反应,并采用红外、氢核磁和熔点仪对化合物显色反应前后的结构和性质进行表征和测定。对隐色酞菁在书写印刷领域的应用将进行探索,将隐色酞菁材料用于配制可褪色的教学白板笔墨水,以隐色酞菁染料的显色体为主要着色剂,将它们合成可降解的绿色环保水性隐色酞菁材料油墨,测试油墨的印刷效果及褪色性能。将拓展隐色酞菁材料在其它领域的应用。
