Industrial CT (ICT) has been widely used both in China and foreign countries. But the testing objects of ICT varies to a much larger extent both on physical properties and dimensions compared with medical CT, resulting in some problems that have not been perfectly solved now. Our task is on some imaging theories and techniques of industrial CT, and we have tried our best to break through in specific problems on the basis of our current conditions. In the past three years, we have build up the first 3-D direct reconstruction CT system in our country based on area detector. At the same time, we explored local tomography in different fields, and emphasize research on fast 3-D direct reconstruction technique of ICT, We have extended geometric parameter table fast reconstruction algorithm in 2-D to 3-D condition
本课题的研究目标在于解决工业CT成象过程中不完全数据成象理论与主要技术问题。其主要研究内容为不完全数据成象算法、局部成象算法、射线硬化校正及工业CT的图象恢复技术。使工业CT这种先进的无损检测工具在以往能初步应用的基础上,对其若干在成象技术方面的基本问题进行更系统的研究,以得到更好的检测效果,提高国防、航空等关键器件的可靠性。
