The project brings forward a new method for the preparation of metal-ceramic functionally graded thin films by molten salt reaction. The metallic thin films were produced by the disproportionation of transition metal irons in molten salt bath. The mechanism and processing of the deposition of metal atom on ceramic surface were studied. The films microstructure and property were also investivated. The project promoted a novel idea for fabrication of metal-ceramic FGMs. The technology could be widely applied in such areas as microelectronics package, metal-ceramics joining, ceramic surface modification and so on.
研究利用融盐中的过渡族金属离子的歧化反应制备陶瓷-金属复合薄膜梯度功能材料的机理和工艺,薄膜的微观结构和性能。该项目是申请者提出的目前在国内外一种新型的制备金属-非金属复合薄膜梯度功能材料的方法。及其有理论研究价值也对于如微电子器件封装,金属-陶瓷连接,陶瓷表面改性等具有实际应用价值。
