Magnetically suspended rotor is suspended by the magnetic bearing, and vibration can be suppressed by actively control the displacement and current. It has very good application. Harmonic vibration stems from vibration sources including the mass imbalance, sensor runout and nonlinear magnetic force. Firstly, aiming at harmonic vibration suppression problem, the harmonic vibration mechanism is revealed. The rotor dynamic model that considering the characteristic of multiple vibration sources is built. Secondly, the frequency adaptive repetitive control method for the harmonic current suppression is investigatedtorealize the precision suppression of harmonic current. Thirdly, the harmonic displacement extraction method based on kernel adaptive filtering is proposed. The efficient extraction of harmonic displacement is realized. The harmonic vibration force suppression method based on kernel space is investigated, which realize the precision vibration force suppression under multiple vibration sources. Finally, experiments are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods. The research results in this project would promote the technology innovation and progress of precision instruments, including magnetically suspended flywheel, magnetically suspended control moment gyro, and ultra-high vacuum magnetically suspended molecular pump.
磁悬浮转子系统利用磁悬浮轴承实现转子的无接触高速旋转,可通过电流和位移主动抑制自身振动,具有非常大的应用前景。质量不平衡、传感器误差和磁力非线性等振动源导致磁悬浮转子存在谐波振动力,谐波振动力的抑制是急需解决的关键问题。本项目针对磁悬浮转子多源谐波微振动力抑制带来的共性基础科学问题开展研究。首先,揭示谐波振动产生机理,建立能综合体现磁悬浮转子在内部多振动源作用下动力学特性的模型。其次,研究基于频率自适应重复控制器的磁悬浮转子谐波电流抑制方法,实现对谐波电流的精确抑制。然后,提出基于核自适应滤波的谐波位移提取方法,实现对多个频率成份位移的同时提取;提出基于核空间的谐波微振动力抑制方法,实现多振动源条件下的微振动力抑制。最后在振动测试台上进行实验验证。本项目的研究填补磁悬浮转子微振动抑制方面的空白,对于磁悬浮飞轮、磁悬浮控制力矩陀螺、超高真空磁悬浮分子泵等精密仪器的技术革新和进步具有推动作用。
磁悬浮转子系统因为质量不平衡、传感器误差,导致系统存在谐波振动力,谐波振动力的抑制是急需解决的关键问题。本项目针对磁悬浮转子多源谐波微振动力抑制带来的共性基础科学问题开展研究。项目组成员紧密合作、共同攻关,瞄准磁悬浮转子核心技术,围绕转子系统多源谐波微振动力主动抑制方法开展研究,提出了一系列具有频率自适应的谐波振动抑制算法,实现了多振动源条件下的微振动力抑制,最后用磁悬浮惯性执行机构样机进行了实验验证,结果表明了所提出方法的有效性。项目执行期间发表论文14篇,其中申请人以第一作者发表SCI论文11篇,EI论文1篇,受理/授权国家发明专利11项,其中已授权4项。
