Logistics and distribution services of the agricultural Rice electronic commerce development is playing an increasingly important role in internet + background. The project is to develop a logistics optimization theory, an example and an empirical study on the optimization method of rice agricultural products e-commerce based on modern logistics management theory, the theory of consumer satisfaction and intelligent optimization theory, etc. The key research contents include the following aspects. First, it is to explore the key factors influencing the customer satisfaction of rice agricultural products logistics and distribution services under large sample and big data using text mining and data mining techniques. Construct key satisfaction analysis matrix to explore internal effect of rice logistics distribution service on consumer satisfaction. Second, Research on rice agricultural e-commerce logistics optimization method, construct a multi-objective optimization model based on consumer satisfaction perspective as a starting point in order to achieve many goals. Finally, the intelligent optimization method is proposed to solve the problem of large scale demand.. This study has scientific significance to improve the theoretical method of rice e -commerce logistics distribution, and it is for making decision for the supplier of agricultural products and logistics enterprises. It has important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the development of rice agricultural products electronic commerce and the national economic and social development.
