提出了"后编码"研究新思路,发展基于首先制备荧光编码前驱体、然后进行选择性荧光调控制备荧光编码微/纳米颗粒探针的新方法。通过溶剂法并结合静电作用、疏水作用、共价键合、物理包埋、自组装等制备具有多重荧光发射性质的微/纳米级荧光编码前驱体,并采用吸收/荧光光谱、高分辨透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、荧光显微镜、流式细胞仪、荧光寿命测定仪和电感偶合等离子体质谱等多种现代分析技术对前驱体以及后处理过程进行
