Specific primers P1, P2, P3, P4 was designed to amplify fragments from.A-FABP gene according to the sequence of gallus A-FABP mRNA; the third intron.of A-FABP gene was first reported; three PCR-SSCP loci and a HinfⅠ-RFLP were.discovered, designated as P1,P2,P3-SSCP and P4-Hinf Ⅰ-RFLP respectively; the.distribution of corresponding genotypes and alleles at three PCR-SSCP loci was.analyzed in a total of 728 sample in seven gallus breeds. P5 was designed to.amplify the second intron of H-FABP gene according to the similarity between.H-FABP genes from different species; two RFLPs loci were discovered in gallus.H-FABP gene, designated as P5-HhaⅠ-RFLP and P5-MspⅠ-RFLP respectively. The.relationship between three PCR-RFLPs loci and gallus performance（abdominal fat,.intrmuscular fat and body weight etc.） was analyzed in a total of 505 sample from.Beijing Oil Chick and Aijiao Chick by GLM. Genomic DNA library was constructed.with a titer of 105; DIG-labeled random primers were used to obtain the probe using the second intron of H-FABP as template; six positive reconstructed phages were selected after Southern hybridization.

建立北京油鸡基因组NDA文库，完成鸡H-FABP与A-FABP基因的克隆与测序；揭示在中国地方鸡种与引进的商品肉鸡品种中H-FABP与A-FABP基因在不同鸡品种中等位基因频率的变化情况极其等位基因组成对肌内脂肪含量等肉质性状的影响，位风味优良的肉鸡新品种的培育提供辅助选择的分子标记。.
