大数据背景下的商业模式创新机制研究

The source of a corporation competitive advantage is shifting from completing a better value chain to building an business ecosystem. With the development of Internet of Things and Cloud computing, big data is not only an important background of future economy growth, but also a key driving factor of business model innovation. In the meantime, establishing business ecosystem through business model innovation is becoming the new source of economy development.This project intends to systematically research the inner meaning, basic characteristics and evolving mechanism of business model innovation based on big data from busness ecosystem perspective. The research will also explore the co-evolution mechanism between business model and business ecosystem, and the value network deconstruct/configuraion mechanism. Aiming at establishing a management theoretical system of business model innovation from business ecosystem perspective, and enriching management theory, industrial organization theory and innovation management theory, this research will also play a significant role in accomplishing momentous leapfrog development by leveraging Chinese firms' management paradigm shift.

企业竞争优势的来源正迅速地从发展完善的价值链，向构建开放式的商业生态系统转变。而随着物联网、云计算等新兴信息技术的发展，随之而来的大数据打破了传统的区域边界和行业边界。大数据不仅是当前和未来经济增长的现实背景，还是企业商业模式创新的驱动要素。与此同时，通过商业模式创新构建商业生态系统正在成为新经济增长的源泉。本项目将基于商业生态系统视角，探究大数据背景下商业模式创新的内涵、基本特征及其演化规律，以及商业模式和商业生态系统的动态共演机制，价值网络的拆分和重组机制，以求在管理理论、产业组织理论、创新管理理论等领域取得探索性的进展，并对我国企业以管理范式转变为契机，实现重大的跨越式发展产生指导性价值，进而从理论上建立起基于商业生态系统的商业模式创新管理体系。

随着移动互联网、物联网、云计算与人工智能等新兴技术的迅猛发展，全球数据量迅猛增长，越来越多的企业围绕大数据创造性地构建新的商业模式或者对已有的商业模式进行创新。本研究针对大数据背景下商业模式创新的机制进行了深入研究，从商业模式创新的前因、商业模式与商业生态系统的构建与演化以及商业模式创新与技术创新共演对企业自主创新能力提升三个方面构建了完善的理论体系。首先，根据大数据的特征，基于商业生态系统视角结构商业模式创新内涵，确定维度划分以及分析框架，分析商业模式创新的形成机制；其次，揭示大数据时代企业通过商业模式构建商业生态系统的动态演化机制。在大量企业调研的基础上，本项目提炼出大数据时代基于价值网络的商业模式的分析框架。最后，大数据时代对企业自主创新能力培养提出了新的要求，不仅仅需要注重技术创新，还需要注重将创新商业化的途径，也即是商业模式创新。本研究发现，商业模式创新与技术创新之间存在共演关系，并据此提出大数据背景下商业模式创新和技术创新共演对企业自主创新能力提升的分析框架。具有重要的理论前沿探索性和重大现实问题针对性。
