Under the practical research background of multi-attribute and multi-source green procurement decision-making of multiple goods under the conditon of sustainable development, this project will study four aspects, i.e., constructs a new evaluation index system of green supplier by considering the influence factors of economic, environmental and social together with the risk factors of supply chain simultaneously; studies the mechanism design methods of multi-attribute reverse auction of multiple goods and the methods of multi-source heterogeneous multi-attribute decision-making under uncertain information environment; thus presents some new two-stages composite mechanisms of green procurement for multiple goods; and applies these two-stages composite mechanisms to the sustainable green procurement decisions for a kind of characteristics goods (such as oil, natural gas, electricity, etc.). Our aim is to perfect and develop the uncertain multi-attribute decision-making theory, auction mechanism design of multiple goods and bilateral strategy optimization, and to promote the combination of auction theory, multiple attribute decision making theory with a kind of actual economic activities such as green supply chain management and e-commerce, and to provide the theoretical basis and decision-making reference for green procurement management of related enterprises.
本项目旨在以可持续发展条件下多物品多属性多源绿色采购决策问题为背景, 在综合考虑经济、环境和社会标准下的影响因素和供应链风险因素的前提下构建新的绿色供应商评价指标体系, 研究多物品多属性逆向拍卖机制设计方法和不确定信息下多源异构多属性决策方法, 基于此提出新的绿色采购的两阶段融合机制, 并将融合机制应用到可持续发展条件下一类特性物品(如天然气、石油等)的绿色采购决策中, 以完善和发展不确定信息下多属性决策理论、多物品拍卖的机制设计和双边策略的优化, 推动拍卖理论、多属性决策理论与绿色供应链管理、电子商务等一类实际经济活动的结合, 并为相关企业实施可持续发展的绿色采购管理提供理论依据和决策参考。
本项目以可持续发展条件下多物品多属性多源绿色采购决策问题为研究背景,在综合考虑经济、环境和社会标准下的影响因素和供应链风险因素的前提下构建了新的绿色供应商评价指标体系,提出了新的多物品多属性逆向拍卖机制设计方法和不确定信息下多源异构多属性决策方法,设计了新的绿色采购的两阶段融合机制,并将融合机制应用到一类特性物品(如天然气、石油等)的绿色采购决策中。研究成果完善和发展了多属性决策理论、多物品拍卖的机制设计和双边策略的优化,为相关企业实施可持续发展的绿色采购管理提供了理论依据和决策参考。本项目共取得20项研究成果:发表SCI论文18篇,在科学出版社出版学术专著1部;项目相关研究成果获第十一届湖北省社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖1项。
