化学学报

"Acta Chimica Sinica" is a chemical journal sponsored by the Chinese Chemical Society and Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry(SIOC), Chinese Academy of Sciences, published publicly and globally by SIOC. Being one of core journals of China Natural Science, Acta Chimica Sinica is quoted and collected by SCI, CA and many other world-famous indexes and bibliographic databases. .In order to become a chemical journal in Chinese with high academic level, and to explore an applicable way for the developments of chemical journals in Chinese, Acta Chimica Sinica will comprehensively reform. The current goal is to make the impact factor of Acta Chimica Sinica be up to 3. To accomplish this, we plan to:.1..reorganize the editorial board2..solicit more contributions with high quality.3..attract more submissions via the cancellation of the page charges .4..optimize the reviewing procedure to shorten the peer-review period.5..optimize the publication procedure to shorten the publication period.6..strengthen information construction of the journal.7..strengthen the talent construction to improve the editing quality.8..improve visibility and expand the impact of the journal.9..improve the quote rate.The funds will be spent on: the removing of the publication fees and registration fees of authors, purchasing of manuscript processing system, participating the international academic conferences or journal meetings, printing the periodical promotional materials, web site upgrade and maintenance, management fees.

《化学学报》是由中国化学会和中科院上海有机化学研究所主办，上海有机化学研究所出版，面向国内外公开发行的化学学术类期刊，是中国自然科学核心期刊，被SCI、CA等国际知名检索刊物和文献数据库摘引收录。2011年荣获第二届中国出版政府奖期刊奖提名奖。.为了打造一本高水平的中文化学期刊，探索一条适合中文化学期刊发展的道路，《化学学报》将实施全面改革。目前的目标是争取用5年的时间将影响因子提升到3以上。拟采取如下措施：1.改组编委会2.加强组稿提高论文质量3.免除版面费吸引更多来稿4.改变审稿模式缩短审稿周期5.改变发表模式缩短发表周期6.加强期刊信息化建设7.加强人才建设提高编辑素质8.提高显示度扩大期刊影响9.努力提高引用率。.申请经费主要用于：免去作者版面费和审稿费，购买稿件处理系统，参加学术会议、期刊交流会，期刊宣传材料印制，网站升级维护，管理费。

近年来，我国化学学科得到了迅速的发展。但与之不相称的是，中国化学期刊的水平非常落后。作为一本具有代表性的中文期刊，《化学学报》肩负着探索适合中文化学期刊发展的道路的重任。为了打造一本高水平的中文化学期刊，更好地为化学工作者们服务，《化学学报》进行了全面改革，并实行了下列措施：1.改组编委会2.加强组稿提高论文质量3.免除版面费吸引更多来稿4.改变审稿模式缩短审稿周期5.改变发表模式缩短发表周期6.加强期刊信息化建设7.加强人才建设提高编辑素质8.提高显示度扩大期刊影响9.努力提高引用率。. 通过以上措施的实行，《化学学报》目前期刊的学术质量、来稿数量都得到很大的提升，出版速度也大为加快。化学领域的院士、杰出青年基金获得者、长江学者等很多知名学者纷纷投来高质量稿件；2012年、2013年来稿数量创历史新高；SCI影响因子逐年升高，2011-2013分别为0.533、0.622、0.874，2012-2013年发表的文章目前已引用了788次，也就是说2014影响因子将大于1.3；印刷版出版速度也从以前的7.5个月缩短为4个月左右，网络版出版速度达到了国际先进期刊水平——2个月左右！此外，在项目期间，《化学学报》2013年还被国家新闻总署评为 “中国百强报刊”，2012-2014年连续获得“中国最具国际影响力期刊”，“华东地区优秀期刊”等荣誉。.《化学学报》已显示出良好的发展态势，并为将来取得更好的成绩奠定了基础。
