快速响应小卫星测试性建模及设计方法研究

A small responsive satellite is a kind of space vehicle which is uesed to achieve space information in an emergency,and quick test is its dominant require and remarkable technological character. A small responsive satellite is characteristic of nested feedback loops, redundancy, multi-mode as well as the uncertainty of fault propagation. And it is required that all tests should be finished within a limited period of time, as well in-orbit autonomous testing. In order to meet these needs, multi signal model and fuzzy probability method are adopted to establish a testability model of the responsive small satellite. An Improved HBPSOGA（Hybrid Binary Particle Swarm Optimization Genetic Algorithm）is used to process multi-objective optimization of the test set, and the optimal test set on the ground is achieved. An optimizing method based on Boolean logic is proposed to obtain autonomous testing set for task-oriented in-orbit. The algorithm needs less computation and storage resources, runs fast which is suitable for in-orbit. The improved the prospective depth search algorithm is used to achieve multi-mode switching system diagnostic strategy design. Finally, these methods are applied to a small responsive satellite test experiment. Then,a testing system is constructed to verify and apply the achievements.

快响小卫星是一类面向突发事件进行空间信息快速获取的航天装备，快速测试是其核心需求及显著技术特征。快响小卫星具有嵌套反馈回路、高冗余、多模式以及故障传播不确定等特点，要求在规定时间内实现全覆盖测试，并具备在轨自主测试能力以提高入轨应用的快速性。因此，针对卫星自身特点及对测试的特殊需求，本课题拟采用多信号流图和模糊概率建立快响小卫星测试性模型；基于该模型，采用改进混合二进制粒子群-遗传算法完成测试集多目标优化设计，获得最优地面测试集；针对在轨自主测试所面临的计算资源、存储资源受限以及时间约束等问题，提出了面向任务的在轨测试集优化策略，设计了基于布尔逻辑运算的测试集在轨优化算法；基于改进准深度搜索算法完成快响小卫星测试策略设计，解决具有多模式切换的系统测试策略设计问题；最后，将上述方法应用到某快响卫星的测试，并建立相应的测试系统对研究成果进行验证与应用考核。

本项目针对快响小卫星测试的全覆盖、短周期等多目标要求，考虑被测系统的嵌套反馈回路、高冗余、多模式以及故障传播不确定等特点，开展测试性建模方法研究，构建故障模式与测试项的相关性模型；突破面向任务的在轨自主测试方法、故障与工作模式强耦合系统的测试集优化算法、具有故障传播不确定性的嵌套反馈回路系统测试策略生成等关键技术，实现了快响小卫星的测试性分析与设计；以某高分辨率快响小卫星为对象，设计其测试集和故障模式集，构建快响小卫星快速测试系统进行了仿真验证。
