Sharing economy is a new economic phenomenon rapidly developed in recent years. Sharing economy significantly improves the utilization of idle resources, more effectively matches demand and supply, and has become a new economic growth point with a great potential. It has been put forward in the report at the 19th CPC National Congress and the report at the NPC and CPPCC conference in 2017 that China government will support the development of sharing economy. In this project, we shall study the profit allocation problem in B2B sharing economy based on cooperative game theory and study the transaction mechanism design of C2C sharing economy based on market design theory. To be more specific, we shall study inventory sharing and runway sharing problems using cooperative game theory and study ride sharing problems using market design theory. These problems have both strong industry background and scientific interests. Since China is at the forefront of the world in the development of the sharing economy and has even developed new business models that lead the world, these problems are of interest to both the world and China.
共享经济,也称分享经济,是最近几年迅速发展起来的新经济现象。共享经济大大提高了闲置资源利用率,更加高效地匹配了需求和供给,成为一个新的有巨大潜力的经济增长点。党的十九大报告和2017年的两会报告都特别提出要支持共享经济发展。本项目将主要基于合作博弈论研究B2B共享经济中的利益分配问题,基于市场设计理论研究C2C共享经济中的交易机制分析和设计问题。具体来说,我们将基于合作博弈论来研究共享库存问题和共享跑道问题,基于市场设计理论来研究共享交通问题。这些都是既有产业背景又有理论意义的科学问题。由于中国在共享经济若干领域的发展走在了世界前沿,甚至发展出引领世界的新商业模式,所以这些问题既是世界的也是中国的。
本项目从合作博弈、网络博弈、公共物品博弈以及人力资本和供应链协调视角下研究共享经济,给出基于合作博弈和市场设计理论的合作利润分配的新理论,刻画了网络结构如何影响协同问题,设计了新的促进公共物品博弈中局中人合作的机制。发表学术论文13篇,其中SCI/SSCI检索论文9篇(发表期刊包括Operations Research、Mathematics of Operations Research、International Journal of Game Theory和Operations Research Letters等),国内管理学/数学重要期刊论文3篇(发表期刊包括《Fundamental Research》、《中国科学:数学》、《管理评论》),以及计算经济学和算法博弈论方面顶级会议论文1篇(WINE, CCF在相关领域的唯一A类会议)。获评中国信息经济学2019学术年会最佳论文。
