Reputation systems is becoming more and more popular in electronic commerce, however, there are many dishonest behavior in reporting, which blocks the success of electronic marketplaces. Meanwhile, in the field of FinTech, the blockchain technology attacks the attentions from both industries and academics and , due to its main properties of decentralization, immutable, and programmable. This project will study the architecture of the blockchain technology in deep, and propose a new reputation system architecture towards addressing the dishonesty problems. Therefore, the main objectives of this projects are four-folds: (1) on the basis of the block concept in blockchain, to study the theories in blocking the reputation information; (2) towards secure reputation information, to construct consensus mechanism and incentive mechanisms for workers in the chains;(3) based on the smart contract concept, to achieve personalized reputation systems ; and (4) to design and develop a prototype test reputation system so as to implement the above proposed models. Our project contributes to state of the art on the following two aspects: it provides a theoretical and complete solutions to the dishonesty problems through proposing the blockchain based reputation system architecture, which is potential to achieve the personalization of reputation systems; on the other hand, the development of the prototype system will not only provides evaluation of the proposed architecture, but also yield application insights for companies in electronic commerce.
信誉系统在电子商务越来越普及,然而网络评价中的非诚信问题层出不穷,成为制约其安全稳定发展的重要因素。与此同时,科技节和金融界新宠---区块链技术凭借其去中心化、不可篡改和不可伪造、以及可编程性等特征迅速引起了企业界和学术界的高度重视和广泛关注,并已上升到国家战略高度。本项目将深入研究区块链技术框架,并提出解决非诚信问题的去中心化的电子商务个性化信誉系统的理论框架。具体研究目标包括:1)实现信誉信息的区块化的理论研究;2)研究保障可信信誉信息的共识机制和激励机制(信誉币的发行和分配);3)通过深度研究智能合约,实现个性化信誉系统;4)开发实现一套电子商务信誉系统原型测试系统。本项目的研究特色是:在理论学术层面,提出了基于区块链框架的信誉系统整体理论框架,有效解决了非诚信问题,同时探索个性化信誉系统,实现理论突破;在应用实践层面,原型测试系统的开发为本项目提出的理论的应用和转化提供了实例。
