In order to make full use of the potential properties of amorphous alloys, It is very important to prepare amorphous alloys in a bulky form. Many.method of producing the bulk amorphous alloys had been used such as hot.extrusion, dynamic compaction, hot iso-static pressing, warm extrusion.and so on. In these techniques, the bulk amorphous alloys must be produced.with powder materials. Usually there are many defects in the bulk.materials like crack etc. Therefore, a new method was proposed to make.bulky amorphous alloys directly by explosive welding with amorphous.ribbons in this project. Explosive welding could dispose off the oxide.surface of amorphous ribbons and produce metallurgical bonding between.them. Meanwhile, like general explosive working methods, the amorphous.state of ribbons can be maintained easily in bulk samples. In this project, the dynamic mechanics of multi-layer explosive welding will be studied throughout in order to control the micro and macro cracks in the samples.
非晶态合金的块体、涂层制造技术是这类合金实用化的关键。根据申请者的研究基础、首先提出了采用爆炸焊接方法直接焊合多层非晶合金条带的思路,该方法不仅可用于制造块体非晶合金,且适于制造非晶合金包覆材料,在制造磁性功能材料和防腐抗磨材料上均有优势。项目对爆炸焊接中的冲击力学现象进行研究,以控制焊件中的宏观、微观裂纹和局部晶化。
