Polyimide spinning dopes were synthesized by one-step process, and high performance fibers were prepared by dry-jet wet spinning method and thermal-drawing process. The preparing technology of polyimide fibers, the morphology and structures of the as-spun fibers, the thermal properties and mechanical properties of the drawing fibers were studied. As a result, the fibrillation of the as-spin fibers occurred on the spinning process. TMA spectra of the fibers indicated the linear coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) was negative value and was affected by the temperature. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) indicated that the a、b、g transition occurred at the temperature of ?????, respectively. Also, the applied frequency on the samples had an influence on the a and g transition temperature. Presently, the project has been performed based on the schedule of the application. As a chievement, we have been applied one chinese patent and published some papers. In the future, we will continue to study the high performance polyimide fibers.
聚酰亚胺纤维具有高强高模、耐高温、耐辐射和其它优良的特性。采用一步法合成聚酰亚胺浓溶液,研究其流变性和可纺性。采用湿法和干湿法纺丝,探讨纤维成形过程中的双扩散问题,分析影响初生纤维微观形态的因素,深入研究纤维形态结构、后拉伸和热处理以及纤维机械性能之间的相互关系,优化纺丝工艺和后处理条件,研制出聚酰亚胺高性能纤维。
