Our previous study demonstrated that the acetylcholine receptor antibody presented in myasthenic patients serum is not only a pathogenic factor, there are other factors involved in myasthenia gravis. In addition, our study also indicated that IgG purified from myasthenic patient's serum crossreact with the central neuronal acetylcholine receptor. The experiments focused on the relationship between neuronal acetylcholine receptor and muscle weakness in myasthenia gravis. Experiment data showed that in a certain proportion of myasthenic patients serum the anti-neuronal acetylcholine receptor antibody was found; Immunocytochemical study demonstrated that anti neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antibody crossreact with the postsynaptic membrane at the neuromuscular junction, suggesting that anti-neuronal acetylcholine receptor antibody may cause neuromuscular transmission failure.
研究表明胸腺中存在神经乙酰胆碱受体(神经-AC hR),但其与重症肌无力(MG)之间的关系尚不明了。我们的结果表明:胸腺肌-AChR产生的抗体-抗肌-AC hR Ab并不是MG的唯一的致病因子;抗肌-ACh Rab可与中枢神经-AC hR可与中枢神经--AChR交叉结合。本项研究首次探讨胸腺神经--AChR与淋巴细胞和肌无力之间的关系,以求探寻一新的MG的致病因子-抗神经-ACh Rab,阐明其是否参与MG发病过程。
