中国蜘蛛抱蛋属植物的分类学和细胞学研究

On the basis of literature survey,and both herbarium and field observations, the statistic analysis on all major morphological characters of the Chinese Aspidistra species at the population level will be used in the course of conducting taxonomic treatment of the genus. Together with evidence from cytology and other sources, the taxonomic system of this genus will be completed. Based on the statistic analysis on the major morphological characters at the population level, the taxonomic value of the morphological characters will be evaluated, and a correct circumscription of taxa will be conducted on the basis of "morphology-geography" method. Then the correct name of each taxon will be given after checking on the types of the species. As a result, the existing taxonomic problem in the Chinese Aspidistra will be answered. In order to gain a better knowledge of the speciation and differentiation at the chromosomal level in this genus,the chromosome numbers and karyotypic asymmetry will be analyzed by both quality and quantity methods. Combined with evidence from other sources, the taxonomic system will be tried to completed. This program will be help to reconstruct the phylogeny of the genus Aspidistra and understand the speciation in future. It also will bring a huge influence for the development of gardening and medicine, and biodiversity protection.

本项目试图将文献考证、标本室研究和深入的野外考察密切结合，在居群取样的基础上，对主要的形态性状进行统计分析，澄清国产蜘蛛抱蛋属植物中目前存在的分类学问题，并结合细胞学研究和其它方面的工作，进一步完善本属的分类系统。以在居群水平上对各主要形态性状变异式样的统计分析结果为基础，评价性状的分类学价值，利用"形态-地理学"方法对种和种下等级进行正确的划分，然后通过对模式标本的考证，给予各类群正确名称，澄清国产蜘蛛抱蛋属中目前存在的分类学问题；同时，通过定性定量的方法分析本属植物的染色体数目和核型不对称性，以期在染色体水平上了解本属植物的物种形成和分化；并结合多方面的工作，进一步完善该属的分类系统。本项目的开展将为进一步研究蜘蛛抱蛋属的系统发育和物种形成问题奠定基础，同时也必将对园艺和医药事业的发展以及生物多样性的保护产生深远的影响。

在本项目中，我们收集了大量的蜘蛛抱蛋属植物的文献资料，查阅了中科院植物研究所标本馆、昆明植物研究所标本馆、华南植物园标本馆、贵阳中医学院标本馆、峨眉山中医药学校标本室、重庆市药物种植研究所标本室、广西中医药研究所、广西植物所标本馆、广西药用植物园标本馆以及香港植物标本馆、香港胡秀英植物标本馆、英国邱园标本馆、英国国家自然历史博物馆和泰国清迈大学标本馆等标本馆有关蜘蛛抱蛋属植物标本100余种、1322份，其中模式标本40份，同时通过对我国广西、广东、海南、云南、四川、贵州、湖南、江西、四川、重庆、香港以及泰国等地蜘蛛抱蛋属植物的野外考察，采集该属植物标本500余号，移栽活植株600余株，发现或发表2新种，2新变种，2新记录种和1新组合。在细胞学方面，研究了20种30个居群的核型特征。本项目的完成为进一步研究蜘蛛抱蛋属的系统发育储存了大量的实验材料，并提出了有关喀斯特地区多倍体化和物种形成机制等研究方面的科学问题。
