In the most advanced modern technology, people usually call computer "electronic brains" and call sensors "electronic sense organ". At present, "electronic brains" are highly developed, while "electronic sense organs" are developed very slowly. So sensor technology has become a major topic of information technology velopment. Sensitive ceramics, which has been developed in recent years, is a new material. It can be made into different kinds of multifunction sensors. In order to be fitted into digital meters and computer, the resistance-temperature curve of ceramics must take on linear change within fairly wide extent, people have been working on this subject for a long time, but no satisfactory results were achieved. We have solved the problem by using this new material -PTC ceramics and NTC ceramics, Thanks to great support of National Natural Scientific Foundation and warm concern of leaders at all levels, we have accomplished the tasks set on application and responsibility contract through hard efforts of all the members of our subject group in these three years..We have attended academic conference home and abroad for many times. 4 papers have been transferred and distinct economic benefits have been gained. We have also achieved great success in cultivating postgraduate students. Everything will be reported in detail in the following paper..

研制出双基体多相结构NTC厚膜敏感陶瓷材料,并研究其电阻与温度特性曲线呈线性变化的稳定性与可行性,同时研究高导电相的构成、形成机理及对材料宏观我的影响;研究以ZnO为主体的膜材料的线性PTC效应及其而受浪涌能里的能力,并对其多功能特性深入的探索。本项目所研究的是两种新型的陶瓷传感器材料有着极为广泛的应用前景和理论研究价值。..
