Study on development evolution of the human ventricular diastolic and systolic function with disease state by ultrasonography, that purpose was to.suggest the actual state and change pattern about the diastolic and systolic function of the normal human different age stage, to limits normal and disease state. This study used advanced and non-invasive echocardiographic imaging, to detect the change pattern on diastolic and systolic function of the early-youth, young-people, middle-people and old-people different age stage, to analyse the anatomy and hemodynamics with human cardiovascular. According to a large number of datas, that.has been brought to light the hysiological decrease is present in the normal process of development of human ventricular diastole and the steadyness is present in th human systolic function. For ampler analysis, that showed the different limits on the changeover with normal and abnormal ventricular diastolic and systolic function,this study selected the hypertension with most common cases; the coronary artery disease with most common cardiovascular disease and the myocardosis with myocardum function disease as objects, have gone deep into analysis the evolvement factor of the injured ventricular function as disease state. The results has obtained the total 907 datas, that is important useful value about physiology and pathology on the anatomy and hemodynamics of human ventricular diastolic and systolic function,.those expressed clearly the development evolution on the ventricular diastolic.function of the different age statge with normal human life; set up the basic limit standard the injured ventricular diastolic and systolic function of the most common.disease cases. This study results is provided with important clinical useful value.
人体心室舒张及收缩功能存在着生命阶段的客观演变过程。尤其心室舒张功能存在从不健全—健全—减退的非衡定模式,而心室收缩功能则为相对衡定模式。运用现代无创的超声技术,能直观准确地揭示不同年龄期人体心室舒张功能的客观演变特点;同时揭示心室收缩功能的衡定所在。以及对疾病状态下心室舒张及收缩功能的受损提供定性定量分析的客观依据。
