通过北仑河口中方一侧动力地貌调查与水文泥沙测验，结合河口区流场数学模型，历史地形图与航卫片对比分析，研究北仑河河口演变现代过程特点，重点分析河口区潮水与河流行洪规律，主航道中方偏移原因及防治对策，丰富河口学研究内容，并为采取综合治理工程，维护海领土完整，完善海洋管理提供科学依据。
