According to characteristics of the large rheological deformation, high temperature, high stress and difficult support of the deep-buried underground engineering of kilometer mine, a series test including triaxial rheological test, double-axis rheological test, weak plane rheological test and fracture surfaces scanning electron microscope test under under the coupling action of high confining pressure-thermal are done to seek rock rheological mechanism, characteristics and nonlinear evolution law, and combine with long-term monitoring data of kilometer mine roadway surrounding rock deformation in Shandong Xinwen mining group Suncun colliery. By comprehensive application of rock rheological mechanics, thermodynamic, system identification theory, optimization technique, numerical method, and so on, the coupled thermo-mechanical unsteady rheological constitutive model of deep buried rock is established, and the parallel finite element method comprehensive intelligent method corresponding deeply rock long-term stability is put forward. Thus the rheological deformation analysis theory of rock coupled thermo-mechanical is established. The results are applied in stability evaluation of deep-buried mine roadway surrounding rock, to bring great economical benefit. The results have important applicable value to the deep-buried underground engineering of a series kilometer mine.
针对千米矿井巷道围岩流变变形大、温度高、地应力高和难于支护之特点,通过一系列“高围压-温度”耦合作用下岩石的三轴流变试验、双轴流变试验、岩体软弱面剪切流变试验、岩体断裂断口扫描电镜试验,探寻岩石流变机制、特征和非线性演化规律,并结合收集到的孙村煤矿千米矿井巷道围岩变形长期监测数据,综合运用岩石流变力学、热力学、系统辨识理论、优化技术、数值计算方法等,建立深埋岩体热力耦合非定常流变本构模型,提出相应的深埋岩体长期稳定性分析的数据和模型不断更新的并行有限元综合智能方法,由此建立岩体热力耦合全过程的流变变形分析理论。将成果应用于深埋矿井巷道围岩稳定性评价,可望发挥较大的经济效益,对我国将要面临一系列千米矿井深埋地下工程具有重大的实用价值。
