城乡社区老年社会网络与健康老龄化关系研究

Healthy ageing is an inevitable choice for us to deal with the challenge of ageing society. Building a healthy aging society is a major strategic issue to construct a harmonious society and achieve a well-off society. Foreign researchers suggested that social network played an important role in promoting healthy ageing, while less study was published to systematically explore the relationship between social network and overall health of the elderly in urban and rural communities. This study aims to determine the characteristics of social network for the elderly in urban and rural communities, analyze the role and determinants of social network in the process of healthy ageing, and compare the urban-rural differences of social network and its effect on healthy ageing from the perspective of social network theory..This study firstly use the literature review, the Delphi method etc. to construct the measuring tools for social network of the elderly in the urban and rural communities and the healthy aging. Secondly, the measurement tools will be used to collect and test the data of social network and healthy ageing in sample communities. Finally the methods of expert discussion and structural equation model etc. will be used to explore the effect of social network on healthy ageing and propose the suggestion for reconstructing the social network of the elderly in urban and rural communities. The results not only develop a new idea for constructing social network for the elderly, and provide evidence for developing policy of healthy aging in urban and rural communities.

健康老龄化是人类应对老龄化社会挑战的必然选择，建设健康老龄化社会是构建和谐社会、实现小康目标的重大战略问题。国外学者认为社会网络对促进健康老龄化起着重要作用，但国内外系统开展城乡社区老年社会网络与老年整体健康关系的研究较少报道。本研究旨在从社会网络理论视角，探讨城乡社区老年社会网络特征，分析老年社会网络在健康老龄化中的作用和影响因素,比较城乡社区老年社会网络的差异及其对健康老龄化的不同功效。 .本研究首先运用文献法、Delphi法等构建城乡社区老年社会网络和健康老龄化测量工具；其次用该测量工具在城乡样本社区开展老年社会网络和健康老龄化数据收集和测量；最后采用专家研讨、结构方程模型等方法，探索对健康老龄化起作用的社会网络要素及影响因素，提出重构城乡社区老年社会网络的对策建议。本研究成果不仅为构建老年社会网络开拓新的思路，而且为制定城乡社区健康老龄化政策提供循证依据。

我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，2019年底60岁以上的老年人口超过2.5亿人，占总人口的18.1%，65岁以上的老年人口超过1.7亿人，占总人口的12.6%，面临着老龄化程度逐步加深的严峻形势。健康老龄化是人类应对老龄化社会挑战的必然选择，建设健康老龄化社会是构建和谐社会、实现小康目标的重大战略问题。健康老龄化是人类应对老龄化社会挑战的重大战略问题，有效的健康老龄化需要构建政府、社区、家庭和个人多元主体之间的协调和参与网络。国外学者认为社会网络对促进健康老龄化起着重要作用，但国内外系统开展城乡社区老年社会网络与老年整体健康关系的研究较少报道。老年人的社会网络包括哪些因素？如何评估老年人群的社会网络现状？社会网络的各方面在健康老龄化进程中发挥怎么样的作用？这些都是亟需研究和探索的问题。因此，本研究以安徽省老年人为研究对象，探索分析城乡社区老年社会网络与健康老龄化的关系。本研究首先通过大量文献检索，确定老年社会网络和健康老龄化内涵和外延；然后通过德尔菲法构建城乡社区老年社会网络和健康老龄化测量指标体系，开展现场调查，采用社会网络分析和结构模型方法比较城市社区与农村社区老年社会网络差异及其对健康老龄化的不同功效；最后针对老年社会网络的城乡差异和功效，提出重构城乡社区老年社会网络的对策建议。
