全国基础数学研究生暑期学校

The purpose of the summer school is to strengthen the fundamental education, to improve the education quality, and to provide the academic exchange platform for the national graduate students. The national summer school for graduate students of pure mathematics will be held from July 20 to August 17, 2014 at Xiamen university. We will invite some famous scholars to present high-quality curricula and academic lectures. There will be three courses of this summer school, including 《Advanced Analysis》、《Module and Homology》 and 《Geometry on Differential Manifolds》. These curricula are of great importance for the mathematical graduate students to improve their innovation ability of scientific research in the future.

全国研究生暑期学校旨在加强研究生的基础教育，提高研究生的培养质量，为研究生提供学术交流的平台。厦门大学全国基础数学专业研究生暑期学校将邀请国内外知名的专家学者为基础数学研究生开设高质量的核心基础课程，并举办若干场高水平的学术讲座。本次暑期学校拟定于2014年7月20日开始至2014年8月17日结束，将开设《现代分析基础》、《模与同调》和《流形上的几何》等三门课程。这些课程是数学专业研究生的学科基础课，对其深刻而本质的理解有助于进一步培育青年学生并提升科学研究的创新能力。

厦门大学数学科学学院承办2014年全国“基础数学”研究生暑期学校。本次暑期学校的目标定位于加强研究生的基础教育，提高研究生的培养质量，为研究生提供学术交流的平台。暑期学校活动时间为2014年7月19日至8月17日，共有来自国内及台湾地区70多所高校、研究所的135名研究生参加。暑期学校聘请扬州大学王宏玉、南京大学丁南庆、厦门大学程立新三位教授为学员讲授《流形上的几何》、《模与同调》和《现代分析基础》三门基础核心课程，并为每门课程配备两位优秀的青年教师作为助教辅导老师。暑期学校期间共邀请5位学者为学员开设专业、人文讲座。
