.Brassica genus, as a complex species, contains many varieties with grossly different phenotypes in inflorencegenesis which is result from the different differentiation of shoot apical meristem. It has been showed that LH gene is relevent to the initiation of leafy head. The initiation of cauliflower curd has been studying in different aspects for a long time. The early research on cauliflower mutant of Arabidopsis thaliana and homeotic genes in cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L. Vars.botrytis) suggests that either AP1 or CAL gene plays a important role in the curd formation. To further understand the mechanism of diversity of inflorencegenesis in Brassica genus and the role of CAL gene in this process, isolating and analizing the proteins which are interact with CAL is a key. We studied the different histologic change of shoot apical meristem during the development of different Brassica varieties, which offer the base of research in molecular level.
分离分析芸薹属不同花序表型的植物中花分生组织特性基因的结构特征;观察分析花序发生过程中这些基因的表达部位和表达水平;结合解剖学方法,对芸薹属植物的花序作系统研究,揭示不同花序发生的机制,为植物发育和进化提供科学依据,也为芸薹属作物育种提供理论指导。
