Study on noninvasive detection methods for the focal brain ischemia (FBI). Investigate the relationship between electroencephalogram (EEG) and the focal brain ischemia. Extract the characteristic parameters that can sensibly reflect the extent of brain ischemia injury. We presented a new animal model that express the focal brain ischemia well. Based on this animal model the research got good progress. Using bispectrum analysis of focal ischemic cerebral EEG signal with third-order recursion method, the weighted center of EEG bispectum is proposed as a characteristic parameter for detecting the extant and the location of FBI. The research also found that approximate entropy and nonlinear entropy of EEG are able to reflect focal ischemic cerebral injury sensitively and simply. The results can be further used in clinic. Furthemore based on multi-channel time-frequency coherence analysis, a new method is presented which is able to extract the evoked potential (EP) by a single trial.
研究局灶性脑缺血特征参量无创提取、相关分析及其定位诊断技术。建立更近实际的局灶性脑缺血动物实验模型;实现诱发电位高质快速/单次提取;用高阶谱、Gabor谱、时间序列分析等信号处理技术从多导脑电和诱发电位中提取二至三个、能敏感反映局灶性脑缺血程度及部位的特征参量。对有局部脑缺血症兆的各种脑血管病早期诊断、病程监测将有新突破。
