The changeful law of the atmospheric duct is drawn and its occurring time and extension are estimated and forecasted,thesurveillance equipments can exert all their powers to work well,based onfrequency,launching elevation and so on.So based on the real data fromthe atmosphere and sea,atmospheric ducts can be analysed,estimated and forecasted,which has great theoretical significance and is of great valueespically to military when effects of atmospheric duct on propagation ofradio waves and functions of surveillance equipments are estimated.In order to realize the radar silence under the condition of Marine atmospheric duct detection research problems,using a new laser detection atmospheric duct technology. This method can realize atmospheric duct of remote sensing detection with comprehensive, high real-time, high flexibility, high security advantages. Through the study of Marine atmospheric duct formation mechanism and characteristics, radar wave atmospheric transmission and refractive index structure constant, light wave band and radar wave refractive index structure constant correlation, set up light wave atmospheric transmission Monte-carlo numerical simulation and polarization detection model, based on neural network of wavelength light wave refractive index structure constant inversion model and laser detection atmospheric band theory model. Developing laser detection atmospheric duct model and the traditional atmospheric duct detection method contrast and laser detection atmospheric duct experimental research.
掌握大气波导的变化规律,准确而及时地预测、预报其出现的时间和地域,结合频率、射线波束、天线仰角和发生功率的选择,就能更好地发挥探测及通信设备的作用,根据实际大气环境,分析、预测和预报大气波导,对于评估大气环境对电磁波传播和探测系统性能具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。为了实现雷达静默条件下的海洋大气波导探测研究问题,采用一种全新的激光探测大气波导技术,该方法能实现大气波导的遥感探测,具有全方位、高实时性、高灵活性、高保密性等优点。通过研究海洋大气波导形成机理及特征、海洋大气多波长激光传输特性、雷达波段大气传输及折射率结构常数、光波波段与雷达波段折射率结构常数相关性,建立光波大气传输蒙特卡罗数值模拟及偏振探测、基于神经网络的多波长光波折射率变化率反演及多波长激光探测大气波导理论模型。开展激光探测大气波导模型与传统波导判据比对和激光探测大气波导实验研究。
