The Manufacturing /remanufacturing game model based on third-party remanufacturing (third-party independent remanufacturing, outsourcing remanufacturing and authorization remanufacturing) is established in order to analyze the impact of third party remanufacturing on designing for remanufacturing competition and coordination mechanisms of manufacturing / remanufacturing. Firstly, The influence of different commitment costs of remanufacturing design and the contract cooperation mechanism of remanufacturing supply chain are analyzed based on the manufacturing /remanufacturing game model of designing for remanufacturing and third-party independent remanufacturing; Secondly, The influence of outsourcing remanufacturing on designing for remanufacturing and the contract cooperation mechanism for outsourcing remanufacturing are analyzed based on the manufacturing /remanufacturing game model of designing for remanufacturing and outsourcing remanufacturing; Finally, The influence of authorization remanufacturing on designing for remanufacturing and the contract cooperation mechanism for authorization remanufacturing are analyzed based on the manufacturing /remanufacturing game model of designing for remanufacturing and authorization remanufacturing. The key issues to be solved: The design costs boundary of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and remanufacturers being willing to bear is established; the influence of three forms for third-party remanufacturing on designing for remanufacturing; the coordination mechanism of remanufacturing supply chain based on third-party remanufacturing is designed.
为了分析第三方再制造(第三方独立再制造、外包再制造和授权再制造)对再制造设计与制造/再制造协调机制的影响,基于第三方再制造构建制造/再制造博弈模型。首先,基于再制造设计与第三方独立再制造建立制造/再制造博弈模型,剖析再制造设计费用不同承担方式对再制造设计的影响和再制造供应链契约合作机制;其次,基于再制造设计与外包再制造建立制造/再制造博弈模型,剖析外包再制造对再制造设计的影响和外包再制造下再制造供应链契约合作机制;最后,基于再制造设计与授权再制造建立制造/再制造博弈模型,剖析授权再制造对再制造设计的影响和授权再制造下再制造供应链契约合作机制。拟解决的科学关键问题:原始制造商与再制造商愿意承担再制造设计费用边界的确立;第三方再制造三种模式对再制造设计的影响剖析;第三方再制造三种模式再制造供应链协调机制的设计。
再制造设计是再制造商与原始制造商亟待解决一个关键问题,因为零部件可再制造性的2/3取决于原始制造商的再制造设计。再制造设计不仅可以提高产品生命周期末端可再制造性,还有利于原始制造商进行拆解、检测和清洗。但是,在实际中,由于原始制造商废旧产品回收网络不健全和缺乏专门再制造技术,导致原始制造商选择第三方进行再制造。在第三方进行再制造时,为了促进原始制造商进行再制造设计,首先要解决再制造设计费用如何承担的这一关键问题,也即再制造设计下如何通过契约协调制造/再制造,使制造/再制造供应链达到整体最优。基于上述分析,本课题重要的研究内容有以下三个方面:. 研究内容一:独立再制造下,原始制造商与再制造商如何承担再制造设计成本费用,使制造/再制造供应链整体达到最优。. 研究内容二:原始制造商外包再制造下,外包再制造对再制造设计的影响以及如何协调单位产品外包再制造费用与再制造设计成本使制造/再制造供应链整体达到最优。.研究内容三:授权再制造下,授权再制造对再制造设计的影响以及如何协调单位产品授权费用(专利费用)与再制造设计成本使制造/再制造供应链整体达到最优。.研究得到重要结论:. (1)原始制造商通过授权再制造或外包再制造可以获得再制造收益,使其收益变大;当消费者对再制造产品偏好大于某一阈值时,选择授权再制造对其最有利,反之,选择外包再制造。. (2)三种再制造模式下,原始制造商与再制造商承担再制造设计边界条件与再制造设计带给单位再制造商收益与单位原始制造商收益之比相关,以独立再制造为例,当再制造设计带给原始制造商收益一定时,带给再制造商收益大于某一阈值时,原始制造商选择不进行再制造设计,反之,愿意进行再制造设计。. (3)授权再制造下,可以通过特许经营契约协调机制实现协调;在外包再制造或独立再制造下,可以通过成本分摊-收益共享契约实现协调。. 关于外包再制造下再制造设计研究成果得到宇通公司的认可,并给予应用证明。
