An important issue on geography is the space operations research computational problems, its core is the facility location (facility location) urban and regional issues. In recent years, urban computing facility location problems highlighted are: urban development caused by environmental facilities location - emergency facilities location problem, integrated design (design problem). The project is from the actual needs and theoretical geography development perspective presented research facilities and their geographical location calculation. Research focuses on: A classic location of facilities operations research computation, B "design problem" logistics, dynamic process simulation C.CA algorithm for facility location, D agent-based modeling for geographic and spatial evolution. Then complete four tasks ultimate guide to build a facility location of the computer simulation system prototype; and supply a public software to geographer and urban scientists use.
地理计算的一个重要问题是空间运筹计算问题,其核心就是城市与区域的设施区位(facility location)问题。这里的设施facility,不仅仅是日常中文理解的装置、设备等,它设施包括公共服务设施,仓储和商业设施布局区,安全防灾设施,医院、学校等。实施城市设施区位的优化布局或空间运筹,具有很强的现实意义;同时,在理论上它将促使经典区位论更新发展。近年城市设施区位的计算问题突出的有:城市发展引发的环境设施区位-应急设施区位问题,综合性的设计问题(design problem)。本项目正是从实际需要和理论地理学发展角度提出研究设施区位及其地理计算问题。研究重点放在:A .经典的设施区位的空间运筹、B. “设计问题”运筹、C.CA算法的动态过程模拟、D基于自主体的地理演化与空间计算。这时4项任务的完成最终导向建立一个设施区位的计算模拟系统原型;并可作为公益软件供地理科学和城市科学工作者使用
项目最初围绕某大城市商业布局问题立题,研究了中国物流网络的体系,在《地理学报》发表相应的中国物流枢纽-网络结构文章和一般性原理两篇(其中一篇是地理信息科学期刊,一篇是运筹学期刊。2017年,中央提出“振兴乡村”号召,项目上报研究重点放在乡村振兴战略公共设施布局的可计算模型方面,并在科学出版社《乡村公共设施优化布局》的模型与算法方面,申请公共设施布局软件著作权一套。2019年来根据洪涝灾害并发的现实,应国家所急,重点在于不确定性条件下供需不稳定是应急设施的最优布局方面,完成SCI论文3篇{一篇已经发表,两篇待发表)
