Multiple fungicides are applied to strawberries, especially under protected cultivation. Thus protected strawberry is one of the most fungicide-contaminated agricultural products. But both quantitative and qualitative assessments could not determine the total risk of multi-fungicide residues for guidance on fungicide application. Meanwhile the half-life and even pre-harvest interval of fungicides were likely to extend under protected cultivation or multiple applications of fungicides. Consequently, it’s badly in need of a basic research on comprehensive assessment to figure out the risk from multi-fungicide residues for protected strawberries..This research project will focus on the risk, taking combinations of fungicides as research objects, which are commonly used in the disease control. Residue trials of the combinations will be conducted to measure the half-life of the fungicides under the protected cultivation, and then the suggested pre-harvest interval will be deduced. And also a novel approach will be proposed to handle the awkward situation, which is essentially a comprehensive model for risk assessment of multi-fungicide residues by introducing a rank-sum-difference test to deal with multi-dimensional data collected from the residue trials and standards..In the established model, comprehensive assessment will be applied to residues of fungicides used in protected strawberry, and the contribution of risk factors will also be analyzed by referring to the parameters of a single fungicide. The results could provide some reference for drafting or revising relative standards. And considering the environmental parameters, the sensitivity of the risk, as well as the guidance on the fungicide application, will be revealed.
设施草莓在生产过程中,混施多种杀菌剂,是农药残留混合污染隐患较大的鲜食农产品之一。在指导安全生产的层面上,现行的风险定性和定量手段对混合农药残留,都还无法做出针对性的科学评价。而设施栽培环境和混合施药方式,都有可能使农药的半衰期延长,并影响其安全间隔期。因此,亟待对设施草莓混合用药风险开展基础研究。本项目以设施草莓防治病害的混合用药风险为研究对象,针对生产上常规混合用药模式,实施田间残留试验,采集用药后的残留动态数据,重新计算药剂在设施条件下混用后的半衰期,据此给出合理的安全间隔期建议值;并重点建立适用于多种农药残留的风险综合评价模型,引入并完善秩和差测验对采集的多维数据进行综合评价。在该框架内探讨不同用药组合的风险次序;并兼顾单种农药的各类相关参数解析其对累积风险的贡献,为相关限量标准的制修订提供参考;再结合栽培环境参数,初步揭示风险关键点,对用药方式做出风险可控的指导。
