The virtual enterprise’s behavior and operation mechanism are studied, and.the virtual enterprise’s biological model constructed by self-organizing unit is given,integrated with the results of bionics, sociology, psychology, etc. Then, based on the.study of incentive mechanism within and between virtual enterprises, a.principal-agent model and a contract between OEM organizations are given. Next,uncertain decision making problems with bounded rationality are studied, and the expected utility model based on fuzzy prior probability is given. Moreover, several operators for aggregating decision information are given, including the ordered.weighted geometric averaging (OWGA) operator, uncertain ordered weighted.averaging (OWA) operator, combined weighted geometric averaging (CWGA).operator, and the methods based on these operators are proposed and applied to the partner selection of virtual enterprises under some situations.
