The fern genus Arachniodes was established by Blume in 1828, The species number is very difficult to provide up to now. The number of species names under Arachniodes from China have more than 130 names, of which 103 species names are recorded in Fl. Reip. Pop. Sin.. Arachniodes is distributed in Asia , Australia, African and Central America, but the distributed central is in Asia, especial in southern part of China. Due to the studies specimen not completely, the confused taxa mostly in China. In Fl. Reip. Pop. Sin., all species without rhizome description, also withou rhizome features applied in the key. For this reason, no one can be use the Fl. Reip. Pop. Sin. to identifies the species of Arachniodes in China. The fern genus Arachniodes become the mostly confused taxa in the Chinese ferns. therefore, it is very urgently to review the genus Arachniodes in China at present. This project plan to check the types, collect mostly specimens, adopt classics taxonomical method with supplementary method of palynology, cytology and DNA evidence, to review all species of Arachniodes in China, put forward a new infrageneric system, lay a foundation for the monograph of the fern genus Arachniodes.
复叶耳蕨属Arachniodes 是1828年成立的蕨类植物类群,该属植物的种类数量至今尚无定论,全世界的种类估计多达150种,中国的种类记载多达103种,有待订正研究的名称则多达130余个。该属植物分布于亚洲、非洲、大洋洲和美洲,但其分布中心在亚洲,特别是中国的南方各省区。由于标本不完整性等条件所限,前人在《中国植物志》中所记载的种类均无根状茎的特征描述,在检索表中也不提根状茎特征,致使后人无法根据该专著对中国产复叶耳蕨属植物进行分类鉴定。目前,中国产的该属植物在分类上仍十分混乱,亟需对其进行分类订正研究。本项目拟用经典分类学的研究方法,通过核对模式标本和进行大量标本采集,辅以孢粉形态、细胞分类和分子系统学等证据,全面订正中国产复叶耳蕨属植物的种类,并提出更合理的属下分类系统,为复叶耳蕨属植物的世界性专著奠定基础。
国家自然科学基金项目“中国复叶耳蕨属植物的分类订正研究”( 项目批准号31370240)对复叶耳蕨属植物及其近缘类群的形态学、细胞学、分子系统学、系统分类学、生态学等方面进行研究。在该项目资助下,出版学术专著2部,发表学术论文7篇,其中SCI论文6篇,核心刊物1篇;培养博士生10人,其中,2人已毕业并获得博士学位;培养硕士研究生6人,其中5人已毕业并获得硕士学位。出版的2部学术专著为《植物分类学》(2015年科学出版社出版)和《蕨类植物学概论》(2017年科学出版社出版)。发表的6篇SCI论文如下:(1) Floral development of Cardiopteris, with emphasis on gynoecial structure and ovular morphology, (2) A Systematic Study of the Fern Genus Mesopteris Ching (Thelypteridaceae) ,(3) Higher Clonal integration in the facultative epiphytic fern Selliguea griffithiana growing in the forest canopy campared with the forest understorey,(4) Survival and Growth of Epiphytic Ferns Depend on Resource Sharing; (5) Chloroplast genome sequence of an endangered non- photosynthetic mycoheterotrophic species Monotropastrum sciaphilum (Andres) G.D.Wallace.;(6)Oreocharis curvituba, a new species of Gesneriaceae from northeastern Guangxi, China. 核心刊物论文是“具芒复叶耳蕨及其近缘种的分类订正研究”.
