It is a very complex process of Cypermethrin presenting from farm to table, each chiral monomer addition to the selective degradation in the environment, will also appear different metabolism in plants and animals, via cumbersome and complex Chinese cooking process, therefore, there will be unpredictable change of the ratio of racemic form chiral pesticides into the environment. In the present study, on the basis of the previously work, we intend to develop gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (liquid) chiral resolution detection technology platform of the chiral cypermethrin. At the same time, we will use the Chinese cooking techniques to process the animal and plant food, in which a MRL dose of cypermethrin pesticide was dopped, to determine the effect of dietary cooking processing on the selective residual behavior rules of the chiral cypermethrin pesticide monomer. Combined with chiral gas (liquid) chromatography mass spectrometry method to determine the residues of different cypermethrin monomers in the fifth Chinese total dietary food, this work will contribute to the health risk assessment of chiral pesticides.
氯氰菊酯农药在农田到餐桌的递呈过程非常复杂,各手性单体除在环境中会出现选择性降解外,在动植物体内也会出现不同的代谢,再经繁琐复杂的中式烹饪过程,以外消旋体形式进入环境中的手性农药对映体比例将会出现无法预知的改变。本研究拟在已有的工作基础上,开发手性氯氰菊酯农药的气相(液相)色谱质谱的手性拆分检测技术平台。同时采用中式烹饪技术,对添加了氯氰菊酯农药的上述动植物食品进行加工,以测定膳食烹饪加工对手性氯氰菊酯农药选择性单体残留行为的规律。并结合手性气相(液相)色谱质谱法对第五次中国总膳食食品中的氯氰菊酯的不同单体在食品中的残留情况进行检测,有助于科学评估手性农药的健康风险。
