With the rapid development of Internet of things and cloud computing, the emergency management of complex supply chain has become more and more important for the development of national economy, industrial organization optimization, and the upgrading of national core competitiveness. Complex supply chain systems are a typical kind of complex adaptive systems which can be characterized and described by complex networks. This project aims at exploring the emergency management and regulation law of complex supply chain systems based on complex networks theory. It will provide a theoretical guidance and basic of decision making for the emergency management and regulation of complex supply chains. In detail, based on complex networks theory, we will further explore the dynamic modelling, dynamic characteristic analysis, structure optimization, and the other basic dynamic characteristics of complex supply chain emergency management systems. Also, we will further investigate the cascade collapse law, emergency management and regulation law for complex supply chain systems. Moreover, we will establish the simulation platform of emergency management and regulation for complex supply chain systems. Finally, as an example, we will validate the proposed rules based on the supply chain systems of construction industry. It is well known that the emergency management of supply chains based on complex networks theory has a very important significance and of great economic values for the optimization of structure of complex supply chain networks, the improvement of efficiency of complex supply chain networks, the identification of key nodes of complex supply chain networks, and so on. It confirms with the major strategic needs of the current national economic development.
随着物联网和云计算的迅猛发展,复杂供应链的应急管理对于国民经济发展、产业组织优化、国家核心竞争力提升等显得越来越重要。复杂供应链系统是一个典型的复杂适应系统,可以通过复杂网络来刻画和描述。本课题试图基于复杂网络理论,深入探讨复杂供应链系统的应急管理与调控规律,为复杂供应链的应急管理与调控提供理论指导和决策依据。具体而言,基于复杂网络理论,深入探讨复杂供应链应急系统的动态建模、动态特性分析与结构优化等基本的动力学特征;深入探讨复杂供应链系统的级联崩溃规律、应急管理与调控规律;建立复杂供应链系统的应急管理与调控仿真平台并结合某供应链系统进行实例分析。基于复杂网络理论研究供应链应急管理,对于优化复杂供应链网络的结构、提高复杂供应链网络的效率、辨识复杂供应链网络中的关键节点等具有非常重要的理论意义和潜在的巨大的经济价值,符合当前国家重大战略部署的需求。
