The conception using multicomponent-cementitious powder system to make high performance mass concrete for high arch dam was brought forward. The dense-packing effect, the coordination of hydration process and the synergistic activity effect were studied. The compressive strengths and the adiabatic temperature rises of the mass concrete made of multicomponent-cementitious powder system were tested. Water requirement ratio of normal consistency was used to determine the dense-packing effect. The hydration heats and the compressive strengths of multicomponent-cementitious powder systems were measured. The test results showed that the hydration-exothermic process and the strength development could be regulated to meet the requirements of high performance concrete for hydraulic structures by varying the type , the content or the fineness of one component of the multicomponent-cementitious powder system.
在建的240m二滩拱坝采用了180天抗压强度35MPa的常态混凝土,拟建的小湾拱坝高290M。拱坝优化设计的计算结果表明,如果将混凝土的设计强度提高到45-50MPa,那么高拱坝的混凝土方量可减少20%-30%,效益显著,应用前景广阔,利用多元粉体的复合效应有望配制出满足上述设计强度等级且具有高工作性、耐用久性、体积稳定性、低温升的高性能在体积混凝土。...
