Based on the approximation theory of the intuitionistic fuzzy sets, establish the inversion theory of the intuitionistic fuzzy approximation function, and discuss the relation and main characteristics between the approximation function and corresponding inversion function, then of the key is the research of the recursive convergence properties of intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix and fuzzy approximation decision matrix, and prove the equivalence of these two kinds of recursive convergence properties. Extend the main fuzzy multiple attribute decision analysis methods into the intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and establish intuitionistic fuzzy clustering, identification and multiple attribute decision making method that is based on the intuitionistic fuzzy approximation theory. Then protocol the target that highlight the role of the hesitated information under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and research the new preference structure and evaluation function that give attention to faith, abandon, confused tend of estimators. And design Intuitionistic fuzzy C-means clustering algorithms basedon the Multi-objective planning, Intuitionistic Fuzzy Possibilistic c-Means Clustering Algorithm, and Possibilistic Intuitionistic Fuzzy c-Means Clustering Algorithm.design the consistency check and adjustment recursive algorithm of intuitionistic fuzzy reciprocal (or complementary) judgment matrix,then form a set of the real intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making method and extend to interval fuzzy environment. Finally, apply these intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making methods into ecological safety evaluation of mangrove coastal zone in Hainan province: establish ecological safety dynamic database of this mangrove coastal zone, and design ecological security evaluation system,then carry out ecological security evaluation early warning of mangrove coastal zone, moreover provide basis for decision-making for the restoration and protection practice of mangrove coastal zone in Hainan province..
建立直觉模糊逼近函数的反演理论,研究逼近函数与反演函数类的关系特征,重点研究直觉模糊决策矩阵与模糊逼近决策矩阵间的递归收敛性质及等效性,建立基于直觉模糊逼近与反演理论的直觉模糊聚类、识别、多属性决策方法。在此基础上,突出直觉模糊环境中的犹豫度信息作用,建立基于多目标规划的直觉模糊C-均值聚类算法、直觉模糊可能性C-均值聚类算法、可能性直觉模糊C-均值聚类算法;建立直觉模糊互反(互补)判断矩阵的一致性检验和调整的递归算法、基于一致性调整递归算法的直觉模糊层次分析算法;形成一套有效的直觉模糊聚类、识别、决策方法体系,并将其推广到区间模糊集环境。将所得的直觉模糊多属性决策方法应用于海南红树林海岸带生态安全评价,建立海南红树林海岸带生态安全动态数据库,设计海南红树林海岸带生态安全评价和预警体系,开展红树林海岸带生态安全预警评价,为红树林的恢复与保护实践提供决策依据。
