YGF-B与瘢痕形成密切相关。本研究从在体PRK动物模型到体外羊膜基质面人角膜成纤维细胞培养，应用免疫组化，原位杂交，RT-PCR，Northern分子杂交方法，探讨羊膜移植对TGF-B基因表达及肌纤维细胞和基质成分形成的调控，为防治PRK术后角膜混浊提供羊膜移植的理论依据和新的治疗途径。.
